Canva is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Head of Public Sector Sales. This role involves supporting global planning, execution, and decision-making within the Public Sector team, contributing to Canva's mission of redefining how the world experiences design.

Key responsibilities include owning forecasting and pipeline health for the Public Sector business, leading Pipeline Council and Deal Reviews, and partnering on Quarterly Business Reviews. The role also involves building advanced models covering pipeline coverage, conversion, capacity, and attainment, as well as identifying opportunities to improve go-to-market efficiency and deal velocity.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Strategy, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Public Sector experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with longer sales cycles and procurement complexities. Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and strong business judgment are essential.

Canva offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $216,000, along with equity packages, health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, inclusive parental leave policy, and an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support wellbeing and social connection.
