Salesforce Analyst & Developer

In this role, you will participate in internal development projects, designing, testing, and continuously improving our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include functional configuration, Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development, as well as deploying metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments using DevOps. Collaboration with stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Data is essential.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and has over two years of relevant development experience on the Salesforce Platform. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components, along with proven experience in Salesforce-based deployments, is required. Experience with Google Sheets/AppScript development, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are also important.
