Salesforce Functional Lead

This role involves leading internal Salesforce development and optimization projects, collaborating with various departments to enhance processes, and implementing scalable CRM solutions.
The Salesforce Functional Lead will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Billing, Legal, and Customer Service to analyze and improve workflows. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Salesforce CRM-based solutions, focusing on functional design and advanced configuration, and collaborating with technical teams for development. The role also involves translating business requirements into clear user stories and leading end-to-end Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering to post-release support.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 4 years of hands-on functional experience with the Salesforce Platform, ideally in a consulting or product ownership capacity. A proven track record of leading Salesforce projects, strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components are essential. The role requires a solid understanding of business processes across sales, account management, customer service, and marketing, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
