Salesforce Senior QA Analyst
At Trustpilot, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Analyst to join our Go-to-Market Technology department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Salesforce QA practices and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of the end-to-end QA process, designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks with a focus on Provar and other tools, and leading the QA delivery of complex project features. The role also involves executing thorough end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, participating in review cycles to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks, and implementing QA best practices focusing on maintainable automation code and data integrity.
The successful candidate will possess certifications such as Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator, with Provar certifications or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I being highly valued. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA is required, along with extensive experience with automation testing tools, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and validating Lightning Web Components. Proficiency in tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is also essential.
