Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Analyst to join our Go-to-Market Technology department. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating with commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Salesforce QA practices and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of the end-to-end QA process, designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks with a focus on Provar, and leading the QA delivery of complex project features. The role also involves executing thorough end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, participating in review cycles to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks, and implementing QA best practices focusing on maintainable automation code and data integrity.

Candidates should have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, with a proven track record of maintaining and scaling testing automation suites. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator are highly valued. Proficiency in tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, a leadership mindset, and a proactive approach are also important.
