Salesforce Technical Lead
Trustpilot is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join its Go-to-Market Technology department. This pivotal role involves leading large strategic projects within the Salesforce platform, collaborating closely with commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Key duties include developing complex Salesforce Flows, integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems via APIs, and ensuring scalable architecture, data integrity, and performance optimization. The role also entails leading end-to-end project delivery, from initial solution design to final implementation and senior-level reporting.
Candidates should possess at least seven years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications are required, with Platform Developer II being highly valued. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
