Senior Account Executive, Adtech Solution
As a Senior Account Executive at Mirakl, you will be a key member of the EMEA Ads team, reporting to the Vice President of Ads. This team is dedicated to empowering businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic through Mirakl Ads, delivering enhanced value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers. Mirakl, founded in 2012, is a leader in marketplace innovation, supporting over 450 marketplaces globally, including brands like Macy’s, Decathlon, and Carrefour.
In this role, you will develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads across your EMEA territory, aligned with quota expectations. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through technical validation, legal negotiations, and contract closure to drive new customer acquisition. Building deep expertise in Mirakl Ads, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor on retail media benefits, differentiators, and market challenges. Additionally, you will navigate complex organizations to establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at retailer organizations and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to advance opportunities and ensure smooth client onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Retail Media or Marketplace SaaS solutions with consistent over-achievement against quota. A deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions, is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets, experience in business sales situations requiring ROI demonstration and solution-selling approaches, and possess strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
