Senior Account Executive
Garner Health is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Revenue team, focusing on delivering strong sales results within the fully and self-insured market, specifically targeting the 50-500 life segment. This role emphasizes relationship management within Garner's partnership ecosystem, including benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel to the company's headquarters in New York City.
The Senior Account Executive will own revenue responsibilities for Garner's fully and self-insured market, concentrating on the 50-500 life segment. Key duties include continuing and expanding existing fully insured broker partnerships and developing foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking the fully insured sales and partnership pipeline.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role, a desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment, and a commitment to improving the healthcare system. Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred, along with a strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
The target salary range for this position, inclusive of base and commission, is $200,000 to $225,000 annually. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health.
