Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager at Marqeta, you will be the primary liaison for one of our largest global strategic accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and addressing ongoing client needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver proactive communication and high-quality client service to support the client's evolving business priorities.
Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships across the client's organization, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, and driving incremental growth. You will partner internally to provide effective, timely solutions, optimizing daily operations and contributing to the long-term success of the account.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in global enterprise account management within the payments industry. Strong communication skills, a proven track record in creating and executing strategic account plans, and familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments are essential. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts are also required.
Marqeta offers a competitive compensation package, with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $143,000 to $210,400, depending on location and experience.
