Senior Agency Partner Manager, Italy
Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Agency Partner Manager to join our Partnerships function in Milan, Italy. As a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company, Trustpilot operates the world's largest independent consumer review platform, aiming to become the universal symbol of trust. This role is integral to expanding our presence in the Italian market by developing strategic partnerships with digital, eCommerce, and marketing agencies.
The Senior Agency Partner Manager will be responsible for recruiting new partners and nurturing existing relationships with marketing agencies, consultancies, and system integrators. Key duties include presenting Trustpilot's value proposition, managing leads through partner networks, and achieving revenue goals by developing these partnerships. The role also involves managing select Value-Added Reseller (VAR) relationships, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and drive new growth opportunities.
Candidates should have extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with agency partners across mid-market and enterprise sectors. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, team leadership experience, and strong collaborative skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce and SaaS landscape, with the ability to effectively communicate Trustpilot's value proposition to various stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
