Senior Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Development
Axon is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Corporate Development team, focusing on evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with Axon's executive team and key product leaders to drive high-impact projects that shape the company's long-term strategic direction and competitive advantage.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Axon's product offerings and competitive landscape, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on potential M&A and investment opportunities, and driving end-to-end diligence and execution processes. The Senior Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution and contribute to the development of M&A and investment processes as core competencies within Axon.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have over three years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm, focusing on M&A, investing, or capital raising. Essential skills include advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
