Axon is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Corporate Development team, which focuses on evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. This team plays a critical role in formulating the company's long-term strategic direction and capital allocation decisions. The Senior Analyst will work closely with Axon's executive team and key product leaders on high-impact projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and other strategic initiatives.

The Senior Analyst will develop a deep understanding of Axon's existing product offerings, competitive landscape, and broader ecosystem. Responsibilities include performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on potential M&A and investment opportunities, conducting market analyses, and financial modeling. The role involves partnering with executive leadership to formulate and articulate sound and objective theses for M&A and investment opportunities, driving end-to-end M&A and investment diligence and execution processes, and managing Axon's growing investment portfolio. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure thorough diligence and seamless deal execution.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm with a focus on M&A, investing, and/or capital raising. Essential skills include proven M&A and investment process execution experience, expert proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and valuation, and advanced PowerPoint skills for presenting to executive audiences. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, a strong understanding of software and business technology markets, and the capacity to manage multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously.
