Senior Applied AI Engineer - Manufacturing/Supply Chain

As a Senior Applied AI Engineer at Celonis, you will collaborate directly with strategic customers to understand their objectives and challenges, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI to deliver measurable business value. Utilizing Celonis' Process Intelligence platform in conjunction with leading AI and ML technologies, you will prototype solutions, demonstrate their value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities by understanding customer priorities, designing scalable AI-powered solutions that integrate the Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies, and rapidly building prototypes to demonstrate tangible outcomes. Additionally, you will lead AI innovation through workshops and hackathons, drive adoption and business impact by partnering with customer teams, and develop deep expertise in specific industries such as supply chain or finance.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. A strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks, familiarity with generative AI architectures like RAG and prompt engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields are required.
