Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect - Process Intelligence
As a Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will collaborate directly with strategic customers to understand their objectives and challenges, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration. Utilizing Celonis' Process Intelligence platform alongside leading AI and ML technologies, you will design and prototype solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the value of AI applications to executive stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Key responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities by closely working with enterprise customers to comprehend their strategic priorities and operational challenges. You will design scalable AI-powered solutions that integrate the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies. Rapid prototyping and proof-of-value demonstrations are essential to showcase tangible outcomes to both business and technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead AI innovation initiatives such as workshops and hackathons, and partner with customer teams to drive adoption and realize measurable value from AI deployments.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. A strong ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions is crucial, along with excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders. A solid understanding of business processes across sectors like supply chain or finance is necessary, enabling the translation of high-level business needs into specific AI use cases. Proficiency in prototyping solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks, as well as familiarity with generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems, is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields is required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
