In this position, the Senior Associate will collaborate with insights and product teams to understand consumer sentiment and product benefits, translating these insights into creative advertising campaigns for testing. The role involves rapidly testing and iterating on new creative campaigns to gather insights on new product offerings, evolving campaign messaging based on observed results, and managing the testing and learning plan within set budgets and timelines. Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide input into go-to-market strategies for new products, focusing on models for profitable customer growth.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong desire to understand customer behavior and how product benefit messaging influences purchase decisions. They should be self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity, and possess experience in launching advertising campaigns for new-to-market products. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manipulate raw datasets are essential. A background in B2C digital performance marketing, particularly managing paid social and Google AdWords campaigns, is advantageous.
