Senior Business Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant

Celonis is seeking a Senior Business Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant to join their team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Celonis Sales Team to guide customers through their data-driven business transformation journeys. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients achieve strategic objectives and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and framing value by discovering and translating customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. You will build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers. Additionally, you will undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in an analytical position focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Ideally, you have worked in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS provider or consultancy. Alternatively, experience in an in-house role within an enterprise, such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence, is also valuable. Proficiency in business software applications (e.g., SAP), experience with RPA and/or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL are essential. Fluency in German is required.
