Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to the VP of US Commercial, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership. The role involves designing and developing dashboards and reporting tools using platforms like Looker and Salesforce, translating metrics into actionable narratives, and identifying trends to influence go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the position requires developing and monitoring financial targets and KPIs, supporting budgeting and headcount planning, and contributing to strategic projects such as pricing model development and incentive structuring.
The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in commercial business partnering, sales analytics, or commercial finance, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based environment. They should be adept at storytelling with data, proficient in tools like Looker or Tableau, and comfortable within Salesforce and CRM ecosystems. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large datasets, and a commercial mindset with an understanding of SaaS business models are essential. Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $146,000 to $172,000, dependent on experience, plus bonus.
