The primary responsibilities of the Senior Consultant include leading clients through best practices in back office processes, translating business requirements into Ridgeline platform configurations, and managing data migration and system integration efforts. In this role, consultants work closely with customer operations teams, Ridgeline product managers, and engineers, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding, as well as troubleshooting and providing continuous improvement recommendations.
Candidates for this position should bring proven expertise in investment management or financial services, particularly in back office operations such as accounting, reconciliation, settlements, and performance reporting. A history of successful software implementation projects, excellent project management and communication skills, and familiarity with SaaS platforms or enterprise resource planning systems are essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, methodical, and enjoys solving complex operational challenges for institutional clients.
