Chime is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Content Strategist to enhance our member service organization. This role focuses on developing and overseeing content strategies that align with our principles of providing frictionless products, self-service options, and excellent support. The Senior Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality content that effectively serves our members.

Key responsibilities include inspecting content efficacy using existing metrics across lines of business, establishing frameworks for accountability, and leveraging AI solutions to enhance content quality. The strategist will own the content strategy for specific lines of business, collaborate with a team of writers to ensure adherence to set standards, and manage the agent feedback program to drive impactful content improvements. Additionally, the role involves reviewing editorial processes to enable the production of high-quality content efficiently and at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over six years of experience in content strategy, analysis, and editorial standards, preferably within a BPO or large-scale support environment. Strong analytical skills are essential, with experience in creating and reporting on content quality metrics and performance data. Proven experience in designing and implementing governance or quality assurance frameworks is required, along with a solid understanding of content technologies and tools. Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills are also necessary.

The base salary for this role ranges from $116,000 to $160,000, with full-time employees eligible for bonuses, competitive equity packages, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
