Senior Contracts Manager

As a Senior Contracts Manager at AirTrunk, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of our data centre developments in Johor Bahru. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, Development, you will collaborate closely with project delivery teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting key commercial terms in new contracts, managing contract lifecycles from initiation to completion, and proactively addressing contractor performance. You will also be tasked with resolving contract interpretation issues and disputes, assessing and managing contract claims, and leading project close-outs while conducting lessons learned analyses.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 10 years in construction contract and claim management. Strong understanding of contract management and administration, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to solve problems are essential. Leadership capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
