Senior Creative Resources Associate
The Senior Creative Resources Associate at Compass plays a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling the creative resourcing function within the National Design Team. This position is integral to managing creative capacity planning, overseeing offshore partnerships, and advancing AI-enabled workflows, ensuring that projects align with business priorities and are set up for sustainable growth. The role is based 100% onsite at Compass's San Francisco office.
Key responsibilities include leading the offshore Creative Resources team by providing functional and operational leadership, establishing performance standards, and ensuring alignment between offshore capacity and national business objectives. The associate will also define and evolve the resourcing model across national and regional creative portfolios, lead capacity planning, and partner with creative, marketing, and business leaders to guide complex intake decisions. Additionally, the role involves owning the project management platform and workflow infrastructure, configuring and refining workflows, and advancing AI- and automation-driven processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
Candidates should possess 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, workforce planning, or resourcing, with experience working with offshore or distributed creative teams. Strong fluency in project management platforms like Workfront, experience with automation or AI-enabled process improvements, and the ability to independently manage complex systems in a high-volume environment are essential. Data-informed decision-making skills, strong communication abilities, and a systems-thinking approach are also critical for success in this role.
The compensation for this position includes a base salary range of $92,700 to $103,000 annually, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the package.
