Senior Creative Resources Associate
Compass is seeking a Senior Creative Resources Associate to enhance and scale the creative resourcing function within the National Design Team. This role is pivotal in managing creative capacity planning, overseeing offshore partnerships, and advancing AI-enabled workflows to ensure alignment with business priorities and sustainable scaling. The position is based 100% onsite at the Beverly Hills office.
Key responsibilities include leading the offshore Creative Resources team by providing functional and operational leadership, establishing performance standards, and ensuring alignment between offshore capacity and national business priorities. The role also involves defining and evolving the resourcing model across national and regional creative portfolios, leading capacity planning and prioritization decisions, and configuring workflows within the creative project management platform to improve efficiency and balance workload distribution.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, workforce planning, or resourcing, with experience working with offshore or distributed creative teams. Strong fluency in Workfront or similar project management platforms, experience with automation and AI-enabled process improvements, and strong operational judgment in capacity planning and workflow governance are essential. The candidate should also be a data-informed decision-maker comfortable leveraging performance metrics and a strong communicator capable of influencing stakeholders.
The salary range for this position is $92,700 to $103,000, with the base pay varying depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location, and the minimum wage for the position will always be met.
