Senior Creative Resources Associate
The Senior Creative Resources Associate at Compass is a pivotal role within the National Design Team, focusing on enhancing and scaling the creative resourcing function. This position is integral to aligning creative work with business priorities and ensuring sustainable growth. The role is based 100% onsite at the San Diego office.
Key responsibilities include leading the offshore Creative Resources team by providing functional and operational leadership, establishing performance standards, and ensuring alignment with national business priorities. The associate will define and evolve the resourcing model across national and regional creative portfolios, lead capacity planning, and implement AI-enabled workflow advancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, workforce planning, or resourcing, with a strong background in managing offshore or distributed creative teams. Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management platforms, experience with automation and AI-enabled process improvements, and strong operational judgment in capacity planning and workflow governance are essential. The ability to independently manage complex systems in high-volume environments and make data-informed decisions is also required.
Compass offers a competitive salary range of $92,700 to $103,000, with the base pay varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
