As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ridgeline, you will support a portfolio of investment and wealth management clients within our Growth business segment. This role focuses on accelerating time-to-value, deepening product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure strong retention and customer satisfaction. Ridgeline is a rapidly growing fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing the investment management industry with innovative, cloud-native solutions.

Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with clients to support product adoption and long-term partnerships. You will guide customers through pre-implementation readiness and onboarding, develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives, and drive product adoption through training sessions and strategic guidance. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for revenue expansion, manage renewal cycles, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Experience teams to resolve customer issues and remove adoption barriers.

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS account management, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles. A strong understanding of financial markets and the institutional investment lifecycle is essential, along with experience managing customer relationships and driving product adoption in a B2B SaaS environment. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, and an analytical mindset to interpret usage data and translate insights into customer outcomes are also required.

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with on-target earnings ranging from $104,000 to $130,000, with higher ranges in select locations.
