Peloton is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our Security & Risk team in New York, New York. In this position, you will directly support Peloton’s Security Program by conducting in-depth research and strategic analysis of intelligence data from various sources to enhance threat hunting capabilities. You will stay abreast of relevant vulnerabilities, threat actors, indicators of compromise (IOCs), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and trends to identify actionable areas of interest and threats. Collaborating with Security Engineering and the Security Operations Center, you will help baseline user behaviors and events, build new detections, and develop response workflows. Additionally, you will provide triage support for incident response and investigation efforts, recommend and build countermeasures based on threat analysis, and develop and maintain security incident playbooks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security, with a strong background in incident response or threat detection. In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes), SaaS platforms (O365, Google Workspace), or Active Directory is highly valued. Proficiency with EDR analysis and rule creation, SIEM tools or data lakes, and dissecting attacker methodologies and techniques is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a learning mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies or security areas, are crucial. Bonus qualifications include experience in cloud-native or tech environments, prior threat intelligence and threat hunting experience, programming or scripting skills, and security certifications such as GCTI, GCIH, GCIA, or GPEN.

The base salary range for this position is $155,350 to $190,850 USD.
