Senior Data Analyst, Healthcare Economics

Garner Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Garner Connect team, focusing on enhancing provider-facing products. This role involves owning the financial ROI model, product analytics, and data analytics strategy for a new provider product, contributing to the company's mission of transforming the healthcare economy.

Key responsibilities include identifying and measuring the success of a new financial product, developing and maintaining data frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to define product and provider engagement metrics. The analyst will also synthesize and present findings to leadership and contribute to improving data analytics practices.

The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in data, financial, or risk analytics within a healthcare environment, proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools, and excellent communication skills. Expertise in value-based care, population health, or clinical risk adjustment is essential. Preferred qualifications include being an Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or on track to become one.

The target salary range for this position is $167,000 to $200,000, with eligibility for equity incentives and competitive benefits, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plans, and a 401(k). The role is based in New York City, requiring in-office work three days per week.
