The Senior Electrical Sustainment Engineer at Anduril Industries plays a pivotal role within the Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division, focusing on the development and maintenance of advanced autonomous drones and solid rocket motors. Key responsibilities include managing product sustainment through engineering improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and sourcing support. The engineer will perform design updates on embedded electronics, encompassing hardware selection, schematic and PCB revisions, board bring-up, validation, and system-level integration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to address product updates driven by new feature requests or component obsolescence. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting complex issues that span electrical and software domains, utilizing lab equipment and software debugging tools.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with over eight years of experience in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and sustaining complex embedded systems. Proficiency with microcontrollers, Linux-based SoCs, Ethernet, common communication buses, and power regulation is required. Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, as well as proficiency in electronic design automation tools like Altium Designer, is essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $126,000 to $167,000 annually, complemented by highly competitive equity grants.
