This role is crucial in ensuring that critical evidence is captured during mission-essential moments for our customers. You will collaborate with talented software and firmware engineers to contribute to the creation of next-generation public safety products.

In this position, you will design, develop, test, and maintain embedded applications and network configurations, interfacing with cloud and firmware services for the devices. Axon offers a competitive salary and 401k with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave for all, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. Additional benefits include fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and office snacks. The base pay range for this role is between $141,000 and $225,600 USD, depending on factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market.

This role is based out of Axon's Seattle, Boston, Atlanta, or Scottsdale offices and follows a hybrid schedule. Team members are expected to work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Axon believes that connection fuels innovation, and the in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
