Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions (AU/NZ Remote)

The Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions role at Canva involves leading the Solutions Sub Group within the Ecosystem Supergroup. This sub-group comprises the Solution Engineering team, Developer Toolkits team, and the System Integrator program, all of which are integral to scaling Canva's product offerings across enterprise clients, AI platform partners, and external developers. Key responsibilities include managing the System Integrator program by overseeing partnerships, establishing quality standards, and directing strategic initiatives. The role also involves leading the Solution Engineering team to bridge Canva's technical capabilities with complex enterprise requirements, providing architectural guidance and integration design. Additionally, the manager will guide the Developer Toolkits team to enhance developer experiences and ensure alignment with evolving AI integrations and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams in partnership or platform contexts, with a strong understanding of managing external relationships such as vendor partnerships and System Integrator programs. They should possess commercial acumen to translate technical capabilities into business value and be adept at managing diverse teams, including internal engineering groups and external partnerships.
