As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Air at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's Air portfolio—which includes drones, counter-drone solutions, and Drone as First Responder (DFR) systems—into private sector markets. This position operates within Axon's Enterprise organization, functioning like a startup to define and scale sales strategies for sectors such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics. The role offers significant autonomy and visibility, contributing directly to Axon's mission to Protect Life.

In this quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for owning and closing complex, high-value deals in new private-sector verticals. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing a deep technical and operational understanding of Axon's Air products, serving as a functional and solution expert within the Enterprise sales organization, and building and executing enterprise account strategies. Additionally, you will establish and maintain executive-level relationships across customer organizations, integrators, and strategic partners, driving revenue growth through both direct and indirect sales motions, including value-added resellers (VARs) and systems integrators.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or channel sales at a technology company, preferably in SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. Proven success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise solutions and experience working with Fortune 500 accounts, large VARs, and systems integrators are essential. Strong executive presence, the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a business-focused manner, and end-to-end sales process expertise—including prospecting, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing—are also required. Familiarity with drones, cloud platforms, virtualization, or adjacent technologies is preferred, along with strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Axon offers a competitive salary and 401(k) plan with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave for all employees, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. Additional benefits include fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and employee resource groups (ERGs). The company also provides a dynamic and supportive work environment, with snacks available in the offices.

Joining Axon means becoming part of a mission-driven company dedicated to protecting life through innovative technology solutions. Employees have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and meaningful environment where they can take ownership and drive real change. Axon fosters a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous growth, making it an ideal place for those eager to build what's next and make a long-term impact in the enterprise space.
