As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Air at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's Air portfolio—which includes drones, counter-drone solutions, and Drone as First Responder (DFR) systems—into private sector markets. This position operates at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, hardware, cloud technologies, and strategic partnerships, functioning like a startup within Axon. You will be instrumental in defining and scaling sales strategies for Air products across various commercial verticals such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics.

In this role, you will own and close complex, high-value deals, develop and execute enterprise account strategies, and establish and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, integrators, and strategic partners. Your responsibilities will also include driving revenue growth through both direct and partner-led sales motions, building business plans to accelerate product adoption, generating pipeline through proactive prospecting, and leading product demonstrations and solution design conversations. Additionally, you will provide accurate forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, track competitive intelligence, and collaborate closely with Enterprise leadership to shape go-to-market design and messaging.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in enterprise or channel sales within a technology company, preferably in SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. Proven success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise solutions, experience working with Fortune 500 accounts and large systems integrators, and strong executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a business-focused manner are essential. Familiarity with drones, cloud platforms, or related technologies is preferred. Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, are also required. A willingness to travel up to 50% and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are necessary.
