As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Air, you will play a pivotal role within Axon's Enterprise organization, focusing on the Air portfolio, which includes drones, counter-drone solutions, and Drone as First Responder (DFR) systems tailored for private sector applications. This position operates at the intersection of Enterprise SaaS, hardware, cloud technologies, and strategic partnerships, functioning like a startup within Axon. You will be instrumental in defining and scaling the sales approach for Air products across various commercial verticals such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics.

In this role, you will own and close complex, high-value deals, develop a deep technical and operational understanding of Axon's Air products, and serve as a functional and solution expert within the Enterprise sales organization. Your responsibilities include building and executing enterprise account strategies, establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships across customer organizations and strategic partners, and driving revenue growth through both direct and indirect sales motions, including collaborations with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and systems integrators. Additionally, you will lead product demonstrations, solution design conversations, and executive presentations, while providing accurate forecasting and competitive intelligence to inform marketing and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in enterprise or channel sales within a technology company, preferably in SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. Proven success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise solutions, experience working with Fortune 500 accounts and large VARs, and strong executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a business-focused manner are essential. Familiarity with drones, cloud platforms, or related technologies is preferred. Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems, are also required. A willingness to travel up to 50% and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are necessary.
