Senior Enterprise Account Executive
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach into new verticals beyond public safety. This position is integral to Axon's mission to Protect Life by introducing innovative solutions to sectors such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics. Operating within a dynamic, startup-like environment, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Enterprise to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and build a high-performing sales team.
In this quota-carrying role, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and securing early and significant sales opportunities in new markets. You will manage and grow revenue and market share to achieve Axon's strategic objectives. This involves building business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive Axon adoption, executing sales training, providing marketing support, and developing and maintaining client and partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales or channel roles within a technology company, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration solutions. A proven track record of sales and channel sales success is essential, along with experience in executive-level engagements and communication. Familiarity with large Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators is highly desirable. Startup experience is preferred, and the role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
