Senior Enterprise Account Executive
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach into new verticals beyond public safety. This position is integral to our Enterprise team, focusing on securing our earliest and largest sales in sectors such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics. Operating within a dynamic, startup-like environment, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Enterprise to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and build a high-performing team.
Your primary responsibilities will include owning and driving complex, high-value sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers. You will lead end-to-end sales processes, engaging executive stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, develop strategic account plans, and execute sales training and marketing support to drive Axon adoption and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales or channel roles within technology companies, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration sectors. A proven track record of sales and channel success, experience with executive-level engagements, and familiarity with large Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators are essential. Startup experience is preferred, and the role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Axon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD, uncapped commissions, and a 401K plan with employer match.
