As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach into new verticals beyond public safety. This position involves spearheading sales efforts to secure early and significant customers across sectors such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics. Collaborating closely with the General Manager of Enterprise, you will contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy and building a dynamic team to drive growth in these areas.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and growing revenue and market share to achieve Axon's strategic objectives. You will develop and execute business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of Axon's products and services. Additionally, you will provide sales training, offer marketing support, and cultivate strong client and partner relationships to foster sustained revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in sales or channel roles within a technology company, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration solutions. A proven track record of sales and channel success, experience with executive-level engagements, and familiarity with large Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators are essential. Startup experience is preferred, and the role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
