Senior Enterprise Account Executive
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach into new verticals beyond public safety, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics. This position is integral to our Enterprise team, operating within a dynamic "startup" environment where agility and innovation are key. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and building our earliest and largest sales to customers in new verticals. Your day-to-day activities will include managing and growing revenue and market share to achieve Axon’s strategic objectives, building business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive Axon adoption, executing sales training, providing marketing support, and developing and maintaining client and partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales and/or channel roles within a technology company, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration solutions. A proven track record of sales and channel sales success is essential, along with experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and working with large Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators. Startup experience is preferred, and the role requires openness to travel up to 50% of the time.
