As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost at Axon, you will lead and close complex, high-value deals across various enterprise and commercial sectors, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, and rail. This role is integral to Axon's mission to Protect Life by expanding the Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) footprint beyond traditional public safety applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging executive stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions. You will serve as the Outpost product expert, providing compelling demonstrations and articulating the return on investment, operational impact, and customer value. Additionally, you will develop strategic account and territorial plans aligned with Axon's enterprise go-to-market strategy and collaborate with partners such as value-added resellers and systems integrators.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in enterprise or channel sales within the technology sector, encompassing SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. A proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals and consistently achieving sales quotas is essential. Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with experience working alongside large value-added resellers and systems integrators. The role demands the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-driven value propositions and comfort operating in fast-paced, startup-like environments. Proficiency in deal strategy, forecasting, and CRM tools such as Salesforce is also necessary.
