Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Outpost
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost at Axon, you will lead and close complex, high-value deals across various enterprise and commercial sectors, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, and rail. This role positions you as a key player in Axon's enterprise expansion, focusing on Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) solutions beyond traditional public safety applications.
Your primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging executive stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions. You will serve as the Outpost product expert, providing compelling demonstrations and articulating the return on investment, operational benefits, and overall value to customers. Additionally, you will develop accurate solution scopes, pricing, and proposals encompassing hardware, software, services, and deployment strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses over seven years of experience in enterprise or channel sales within the technology sector, particularly in SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. A proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas is essential. Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with experience collaborating with large value-added resellers and systems integrators. The ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-driven value propositions is crucial. Comfort operating in fast-paced, startup-like environments and proficiency in deal strategy, forecasting, and CRM tools such as Salesforce are also important. Willingness to travel approximately 50% is expected.
