As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost at Axon, you will lead and close complex, high-value deals across various enterprise and commercial sectors, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, and rail. This role is integral to Axon's mission to Protect Life, focusing on expanding the Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) footprint beyond traditional public safety applications.

In this position, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging executive stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations, articulating return on investment, and developing strategic account plans aligned with Axon's go-to-market strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with value-added resellers, systems integrators, and commercial partners to drive partner-led initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in enterprise or channel sales within the technology sector, encompassing SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. A proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently achieving sales quotas is essential. Strong executive-level communication skills, experience working with large value-added resellers and systems integrators, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value are also required. Comfort operating in fast-paced, startup-like environments and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce are important. The role requires approximately 50% travel and candidates should reside within one hour of a major airport.
