Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Outpost
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost at Axon, you will lead and close complex, high-value deals across various enterprise and commercial sectors, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, and rail. This role is integral to Axon's mission to Protect Life by expanding the Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) footprint beyond traditional public safety applications.
In this position, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging executive stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, providing compelling product demonstrations, articulating return on investment, and collaborating with partners such as value-added resellers and systems integrators to drive sales motions.
Candidates should possess at least seven years of experience in enterprise or channel sales within the technology sector, particularly in SaaS, software, cloud, or hardware-enabled solutions. A proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently achieving sales quotas is essential. Strong executive-level communication skills, experience with large VARs and systems integrators, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce are also required. The role requires approximately 50% travel and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
