The Senior Financial Analyst role at Anduril Industries is a key position within the Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) division, focusing on developing autonomous and affordable capabilities that provide decisive advantages. The AD&S Finance team collaborates with leaders across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Corporate Finance to establish a consistent operating cadence, including monthly performance reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual operating planning. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will partner with division and business line leaders to manage essential elements of the AD&S consolidated forecast and reporting. Responsibilities include consolidating inputs across the division to maintain clear visibility of key drivers, leading monthly performance reporting by compiling actuals and developing variance analyses, and supporting quarterly forecasting cycles across operating and capital expenditures. Additionally, the analyst will assist in developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), build data-driven models to understand cost and investment dynamics, and create reports and automated dashboards in financial planning and ERP tools. The role also involves partnering with technical and operational leaders to offer insights and recommendations on performance tracking and improvement.

Candidates should possess 2 to 6 years of experience in a finance role within a high-growth technology company, defense/aerospace industry, investment banking, or consulting. An intellectually curious mindset is essential, with a desire to understand the underlying factors behind financial data and a willingness to delve into operational details as needed. The role requires creative problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented approach grounded in real customer and business impact, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in financial modeling using tools like Excel or Google Sheets is necessary, along with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Candidates must be U.S. Persons due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 USD, with actual offers varying based on factors such as work experience, education, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
