Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Device Services
Peloton is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Device Services team in Poland. This role involves developing device management features that support all Peloton Connected Fitness Devices. As a hybrid API and web developer, you will work within an agile scrum team, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
In this position, you will work on various technologies across APIs and the web, iterating on processes, technology, and communication with peer engineers, designers, and product managers to scope, develop, and deliver software experiences. You will also act as a technical leader, identifying common patterns and fostering the development of reusable components and standards across teams, while coordinating technical projects within Peloton.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React (preferred) or Vue, building and scaling RESTful microservices, and familiarity with data stores like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB are essential. Knowledge of deployment tools and environments such as Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins is also required. Experience with the Android development ecosystem or Site Reliability Engineering is a plus.
