Senior GTM Recruiter
Axon is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Sterling, Virginia. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to protect life by recruiting top-tier sales talent that fuels our growth and enhances public safety. As a front-line recruiter, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape our go-to-market strategies and build a high-performing sales organization.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for various sales roles, including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, and Sales Development Representatives. Your responsibilities will encompass proactive sourcing, defining role profiles in partnership with sales leaders, and building robust talent pipelines. Utilizing data and market insights, you will guide hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously refine recruiting strategies to improve outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles within fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders are essential. A data-informed mindset, high accountability, and a bias for action will contribute to success in this role.
