Senior GTM Recruiter
Axon is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our Phoenix Headquarters (N. Scottsdale) office, operating on a hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays. This role is integral to our mission of protecting life by building a world-class sales organization that drives our growth and impact. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will partner closely with sales leaders to define excellence, influence hiring decisions, and develop scalable talent pipelines.
In this position, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process for various sales roles, including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, and Sales Development Representatives. Your responsibilities will encompass proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects Axon's brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human. You will utilize data and market insights to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles within fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders are essential. A data-informed mindset, high accountability, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action are also key attributes for success in this role.
