Senior GTM Recruiter
Axon is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Seattle, Washington. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to protect life by recruiting top-tier sales talent that fuels our growth and enhances public safety. As a key player in our fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape our go-to-market strategies and build a world-class sales organization.
In this position, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process for high-impact sales roles, including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives. Your responsibilities will encompass proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and guiding hiring decisions to ensure alignment with Axon's mission and values. By leveraging data and market insights, you'll continuously refine recruiting strategies and enhance hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles within dynamic environments. Strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage multiple high-visibility requisitions, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders are essential. A data-driven mindset, coupled with sharp judgment and a bias for action, will enable success in this role.
