Axon is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact sales roles, directly contributing to the company's mission to protect life and build safer communities. This role involves partnering with sales leaders to define excellence, shape role profiles, and build scalable talent pipelines. The position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from proactive sourcing to closing candidates for various sales positions such as Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives. The recruiter will utilize data and market insights to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and enhance hiring outcomes. Additionally, the role requires delivering a candidate experience that reflects Axon's brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in corporate settings, with a proven track record in recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders are essential. A data-informed mindset, high accountability, and strong organizational skills are also critical for success in this role.
