Senior GTM Recruiter
As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will be a pivotal member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, driving the recruitment of high-impact sales roles that directly contribute to our mission of protecting life and building safer communities. This role is based in our Boston, MA (Back Bay) office and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work closely with sales leaders to define and attract top talent.
In this position, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process, from proactive sourcing to closing candidates for various sales roles, including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, and Sales Development Representatives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining future-ready talent pipelines, utilizing data and market insights to inform decisions, and continuously improving recruiting strategies and workflows. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon's brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human—while driving inclusive hiring practices and managing multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles within fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders are essential. A data-informed mindset, high accountability, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action are also critical for success in this role.
Axon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $101,325 to $162,120 USD, along with a 401(k) plan with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave for all parents, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
