Senior Implementation Manager

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in customer-facing roles. The candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in managing implementation projects from planning through execution. Technical proficiency is required to effectively liaise with product, development, and engineering teams. Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Excel is also necessary.
Cohere Health offers a fully remote opportunity with approximately 25% travel. The compensation package includes a salary range of $118,000 to $148,000 annually, along with health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, flexible time off plus company holidays, up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and pet insurance.
