Senior Investment Operations Analyst
Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing critical investment operations functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including AI tools, to deliver efficient and forward-thinking solutions in the investment management industry.
Key responsibilities include account administration, investment accounting, trade capture and settlement, processing corporate actions, managing pricing and security master data, performing daily reconciliations, and supporting performance reporting. You will also engage directly with customers to deliver exception reports, investigate and resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in investment operations or a related middle/back-office function. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Proficiency with Google Apps or MS Office, especially spreadsheets, and a curiosity about new technologies, including AI-driven tools, are also desired.
