As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst at Ridgeline, you will lead daily operational support for EMEA-based customers, ensuring reliability and quality in service delivery. This role involves acting as the primary escalation point for complex regional issues, defining and maintaining operational workflows tailored to EMEA and Nordic markets, and building operational playbooks that integrate regulatory and functional requirements. You will also serve as the Ridgeline Intelligent Operations (RIO) lead for the company's Nordic expansion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable regional readiness.

Key responsibilities include translating EU and Nordic financial regulations into practical operational workflows in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams. You will provide informed guidance to Product and Engineering on EMEA-specific requirements and constraints, support US Start of Day operations by ensuring continuity and incident management, and mentor junior analysts across regions. Additionally, you will contribute to training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives within the RIO team.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in investment operations, fintech, or financial services, with deep knowledge of EU and Nordic financial regulations such as MiFID II, AIFMD, SFDR, and EMIR. A proven track record in supporting regional or global operational models, experience working with investment managers and SaaS-based systems, and exceptional communication skills in English are essential. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently across time zones are also required.
